We understand an outdoor activity as any recreational experience that takes place in natural or urban open spaces, such as parks, mountains, beaches, or gardens. Activities in enclosed spaces or covered sports facilities are excluded.
General definitionAll our guided tours include basic liability and accident insurance. The insurance covers incidents during the activity as long as the guide's instructions are followed. It does not cover recklessness or unauthorized deviations.
CoverageYes, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the activity for a full refund. After that period, a 50% penalty of the amount will be applied. Cancellations on the same day are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation policyA family experience is designed to be enjoyed by people of different ages, from children aged 4 and up to older adults. It includes adapted paces, frequent stops, and complementary activities for the little ones.
Target audienceFor most basic activities (hiking, picnic, yoga), specialized equipment is not included. In activities such as kayaking or climbing, technical gear (vest, helmet, harness) is included in the price. Appropriate footwear and clothing are the participant's responsibility.
EquipmentYes, in most outdoor activities pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash and under control. On guided tours with other participants, you must inform us when booking to assess group compatibility. They are not allowed in water activities.
